Life has a way of knocking us down—but we don’t have to stay there. My name is K. Kay Rothermich, and I know what it means to feel broken. I’ve walked through seasons of unimaginable loss, heartbreak, and hardship. But through it all, I discovered something powerful: with faith, intentionality, and God’s strength, we can rise.

Why My ‘I Can’ Story Exists

This space was created for women like you—women who are ready to break free from self-doubt, fear, and the pain of their past. Maybe you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like no one understands what you’re going through. I get it. And more importantly, God sees you. You are not alone.

For years, I lived through challenge after challenge. A devastating home flood. Cancer—twice. Losing my sister, mother, father, best friend, spouse. Profound grief. Losing a nephew to suicide. Divorce. Betrayal. Financial loss. A broken heart.

There were moments when I thought I wouldn’t make it through. But in the darkest valleys, I found my strength in Jesus Christ. He renewed my mind, healed my heart, and reminded me that I was created for more.

From ‘I Can’t’ to ‘I Can’

What changed? I chose to believe that my story wasn’t over. I clung to God’s promises and stepped into intentional living—choosing faith over fear, healing over hurt, and growth over stagnation. That’s what My ‘I Can’ Story is all about: helping you move from the weight of ‘I can’t’ to the freedom of ‘I can’ through Christ.

Here, you’ll find faith-based confidence-building tools, mindset renewal strategies, and encouragement to step fully into your God-given potential. Because no matter what you’ve been through, God isn’t done with you yet.

Survival and Our “I Can” Story

This story is so hard to tell and brings tears to our eyes every time we tell it.

Our team is all about uplifting faith in our Lord. You will never find peace until you find Jesus.

Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. If you really know me, you will know my Father as well. Fro now on, you do know him and have seen him. John 14:6-7
