Confidence and Lessons….
This was one of the biggest lessons I have learned in a long time.
We are alike.
We all have struggled with things like not being liked or not knowing where we belong in the world or talking bad about ourselves, and we do not want to offend someone by saying the wrong thing or doing the wrong thing.
So, if that’s true and we are all alike then why doesn’t it seem like it is? Why do I feel so alone? Why do I feel like it’s only me?
Well…here’s what I figured out. Some people made a hard decision to change this thinking and they actually took action and did something about it.
Because of this, you will see many self-confident people in this world who made THE decision….not just any decision…they made THE no b.s. DECISION to do something about it.

Yeah, yeah, I know…you’ve made this decision before. No you haven’t or you would have done something about it and you would be a courageous woman today!
Only people who truly make THE DECISION to change, do it, and you cannot do this alone. You have to put your money where your mouth is and DO IT.
If you don’t have the hard line buy-in, then it is too easy to quit after a few weeks and go back to the habit you’ve created over time.
