Negativity ruins your life-abundance mindset saves it and how can you change this or do you even want to? You should want to because you love all those people and they love you.

Everyone from your children to your spouse to your parents and adult children gets stepped on through your negativity.

We have watched someone we love and respect go down into depression through their negativity and this is affecting their marriage as well as their child’s life. But what can be done about it?

You can harness the power of your abundance mindset through the use of visualization and isn’t that what you want?

Is Being Negative all the Time Really What You Want?

Although i can’t imagine that is what you want, especially because of the depression it causes, so I believe you want to change the negative thoughts, but you do not know how.

The very first thing you will want to do is turn off the addictive news stations and if you are listening or watching NPR or other news and podcasts about how the world is going to crap and it’s all “so and so’s” fault (republicans, democrats, big pharma, big tech, aliens, whoever or whatever you choose to put into the so and so’s blank) then I can assure you it is NOT their fault.

I don’t care which side you lean, right or left, IT IS NOT ALL THEIR FAULT! And, your continuation of blame is only making yourself unhappy and depressed. Besides, they are NOT listening to you anyway, so why are you banging your head against the wall day in and day out? You are only making yourself crazy and all those around you who love you.
