This Is the Moment That Changes Everything: 3 Steps to Renew Your Mind

Without learning how to renew your mind, you won’t be able to stop second-guessing yourself, silence the inner critic, or fully trust God’s plan for your life. Instead, you will continue to feel stuck in negative self-talk, drift from your purpose, and miss out on the peace and joy God has for you.

You’re in the right place. I created this 3-step introduction to help you start the shift toward intentional, faith-filled thinking based on what I’ve seen change countless lives over the last 10+ years of leading Bible studies, walking through pain, and growing in faith.

We’ll explore the starting points for renewing your mind—not the full transformation, but enough to show you what’s possible. If you want to get unstuck and start living the life God designed for you, then there’s more waiting for you inside the full Renew Your Mind experience.

Ready? Let’s go!

Before your mind can be renewed, you have to recognize what’s really going on inside it.

Here are a few things to begin watching for:

  • Your first thoughts in the morning. Are they hopeful or heavy?
  • Your self-talk when you make a mistake. Is it harsh or grace-filled?
  • The stories you repeat to yourself. Are they based in truth or fear?

You don’t need to fix anything yet, just start noticing. Becoming aware is a critical first step.

Watch out for this: Most women skip this part and try to willpower their way to peace. But you can’t change what you don’t even see.

If this already feels revealing or a little uncomfortable, you’re not alone. This is the beginning of change, but it’s only the beginning.

Once you start noticing your thoughts, you may feel a little overwhelmed. You might wonder, “Is this really me? Is this how I’ve always thought?”

Yes, and no.

These thought patterns didn’t come from nowhere. They were shaped by pain, experience, culture, and the enemy of your soul. But just because they’re familiar doesn’t mean they’re true.

Start by asking:

  • Where did this belief come from?
  • What has this thought cost me?
  • Does this align with how God sees me?

This step might spark new insights—but without guidance, it can also stir up more questions. That’s exactly why the Renew Your Mind bundle exists: to walk with you through these deeper layers, one step at a time.

Reminder: Transformation isn’t instant. This is a process of spiritual growth. And no, you weren’t meant to do it alone.

If you’re serious about living a life of peace, confidence, and clarity, this can’t just be a nice idea. It has to become a priority.

Ask yourself:

  • Am I done staying stuck?
  • What will another year of mental clutter cost me?
  • Do I believe God wants more for me?

You can scroll past another blog or save this for later. But if you want to live fully, think clearly, and follow Christ boldly, you need a plan. Not just good intentions. Not just motivation. A plan.

The Renewing the Mind Bible study and bundle gives you that plan.

It walks you through:

  • Biblical truths to dismantle lies
  • A clear daily routine to build new thought habits
  • Encouragement, prompts, and accountability to stay with it
